The American retail chain Gap opened its second location in the Uruguay on Wednesday July 24. The new store is located in the mall Montevideo Shopping and is managed by Grupo Neutral. It is 725 square meters and sells clothes from the Gap, GapKids and babyGAP collections.
“We are proud to expand the Gap brand and eager because our clients has responded so well to the opening of our first location”, said the executive director of Grupo Neutral, Enrique Urioste. “The new location will completely express the brand and offer an exceptional shopping experience for our local clients”, he added.
The new store opens with the Gap’s fall collection named “Denim Evolved”. Gap is the only brand in the Uruguayan market that offers four collections created especially for each one of the seasons.
GAP’s first store in Uruguay is located in the mall Punta Carretas Shopping, also in Montevideo.
